Bloom Where You’re Planted | With Misha Osborne
Rob Dayton sits down with Misha Osborne, a 100xLife Coach and current Challenger, to talk about what happens when the words of Jesus stop being “nice ideas” and start rewiring your real life. Misha is a pharmacist who lived through the front lines of the pandemic, and she shares what shifted when fear stopped running the room. From “let your light shine” in the chaos, to seeing spiritual battles behind anxiety and depression, to learning how to actually hear the Trinity in daily life through journaling, this episode is a gut check and an invitation.
Misha also unpacks a surprising byproduct of bringing the Challenge into her local church: deeper relationships, real stories, and people actually seeing each other beyond Sunday small talk. If your faith has been mostly evenings and Sundays, this one will poke you in the ribs in the best way.
You’ll hear:- Why “bloom where you’re planted” is not a consolation prize, it’s a calling
- What people noticed about Misha during the pandemic, and why it mattered
- How bringing the Challenge into a church builds real community fast
- What changed when she learned to journal with the Father, Jesus, and Holy Spirit
- How near-death stories and a clearer picture of heaven fuels endurance now
- Why coaches need feedback, not crickets, and how you can strengthen your channel
- Why becoming a coach is the fastest way to stay in the fight
Journal Prompt

Rob Dayton sits down with Jeff Enos, a current 100xLife Challenger, to talk about what happens when following Jesus stops being theoretical. After decades of “doing church,” Jeff hit a breaking point. Years later, the Holy Spirit pressed him again with one clear call: sell everything. House. Business. No next step. Just trust.
Jeff shares what it’s like to obey without a plan, how the teaching on “image bearers” dismantled his judgment, and why learning to see people the way the Father sees them has changed everything.
You’ll hear:

- What it feels like when the Holy Spirit will not let you sleep
- Why obedience without a next step builds real trust

How to Train Your Mind and Body to Actually Follow Jesus | with John Van Lenten
Rob Dayton sits down with his longtime friend John Van Lenten to talk about what it looks like to actually live the words of Jesus, not just agree with them.
John shares how the Challenge has been stretching his intimacy with the Trinity, especially journaling from Father, Jesus, and Holy Spirit. They dig into how Holy Spirit disrupts the “I already know the right answer” mindset and turns Scripture into something personal and alive.
A big moment is “Regulate how you see.” John admits he first took it as behavior control, but it turned into a deeper shift: changing how you see people, circumstances, and even frustration. John also shares a powerful reframe on repentance: turning your mind toward Jesus, not just away from sin.
They also connect the physical part of the Challenge to spiritual growth. Pushing through workouts becomes training for self control and obedience, so your supernatural response starts becoming your natural response.
You’ll hear:
- Why mindset change is the real battleground of following Jesus
- How “Regulate how you see” applies to people and problems
- Repenting toward Jesus, not just trying to stop sinning
- Why the physical challenge builds spiritual authority
- How thanksgiving can flip your response in hard moments

Creating New Mindsets That Actually Change You
In today’s episode, Rob Dayton challenges a core issue in modern Christianity. Most believers want change without changing how they think.
As Day 11 of the 62 Day Challenge continues, Rob explains why Jesus begins with repent and believe. Repentance is not about shame. It is about changing your mindset so you can actually follow Him.
Rob unpacks how focus shapes reality. We are not disturbed by what happens to us. We are disturbed by the meaning we attach to it. The stories we rehearse determine our emotions, reactions, and ability to love.
Jesus does not call us to admire His words. He calls us to live them. Mindset is where obedience either starts or stalls.
You will hear:
- Why mindset determines whether you follow Jesus or just agree with Him
- How focus creates your emotional and spiritual reality
- Why judgment and unforgiveness poison your own life first
- How abiding in the words of Jesus reshapes the mind

Why Jesus Begins With How We Think
In today’s episode of the 100xLife Podcast, Rob Dayton dives deep into the role of mindset in actually following Jesus, not just believing in Him.
As the 62 Day Challenge continues, Rob explains why transformation always begins in the mind and why Jesus starts His ministry with the command to repent and believe. Repentance is not about feeling bad. It is about changing the way you think.
Rob unpacks how our thoughts shape our emotions, reactions, and behaviors, often without us realizing it. He challenges listeners to examine the stories they are telling themselves about people, adversity, and even God. Those stories quietly determine whether we live offended, fearful, and reactive, or grounded, peaceful, and loving.
This episode confronts a core issue in modern Christianity. Many believers want outward obedience without inward renewal. Jesus demands the opposite. If you want the abundant life He promises, your mindset has to be rebuilt around His truth.
You will hear:- Why mindset determines whether you can live the words of Jesus
- What repentance actually means and why Jesus starts there
- How thoughts program emotions and automatic reactions
- Why most offense, worry, and fear are mindset issues
- How attaching new meaning can create an unoffendable heart
- Why believing comes before seeing in the Kingdom
- How an eternal mindset reshapes adversity, leadership, and love
Journal Prompt
Journal from the Holy Spirit in the first person.- “Reveal a story I am telling myself that is poisoning my ability to love.”
- “What new story, based on Your truth, do You want me to tell myself instead?”

The 100xLife Challenge: Training to Following Jesus
In today’s episode of the 100xLife Podcast, Rob Dayton marks the one year anniversary of the show by returning to a core question. Why do the 100xLife Challenge at all?
Using a bold metaphor, Rob asks listeners to imagine Christianity as something that must be practiced, not just learned. He explains what it actually means to “win” at following Jesus and why most believers never train for it.
This episode reframes spiritual growth around multiplication, self control, and intentional practice. Rob explains how the 62 Day Challenge exists to train the mind, body, and spirit to live the words of Jesus in real life.
You will hear:- What Jesus means by multiplying His words
- Four ways Christians “win” in the Kingdom
- Why learning is not the same as practicing
- How self control fuels real transformation
- Why the 62 Day Challenge is a repentance strategy
Journal Prompts -Journal from Jesus in the first person.
1. “Show me where you have grown the most in following Me.”2. “What growth strategy am I asking you to deploy in 2026?”

Living Like You’re Not Alone | A Christmas Mindset
In today’s episode of the 100xLife Podcast, Rob Dayton reframes Christmas around one core truth. Emmanuel. God with us.
This episode challenges the idea that Christmas is about sentiment or tradition. Rob explains how the arrival of Jesus marks a new covenant where God chooses to dwell inside us, not based on performance, but by design.
You will hear why Jesus is the “mindset God,” how repentance means changing the way we think, and how conscious awareness of God’s presence reshapes behavior, prayer, and relationships. The Christmas mindset, Rob argues, is the cure for the lie of aloneness.
You will hear:
- Why Emmanuel is the core Christmas mindset
- What repentance actually means according to Jesus
- How mindset produces behaviors of love
- Why the lie of aloneness is so destructive
- Practical ways to live aware of God with us

Following Jesus Together Changed Our Marriage | with Ron and Cathy Midyett
In today’s episode of the 100xLife Podcast, Rob Dayton sits down with Ron and Cathy Midyett to talk about what actually changes in a marriage when faith stops being private and starts being practiced together.
This is not a polished “Christian marriage” conversation. It is an honest look at what happens when two people move beyond spiritual theory and begin following the words of Jesus side by side. From daily discipline and mindset to grief, loss, and family pressure, Ron and Cathy share how shared obedience reshaped the way they relate to God and to each other.
They describe how practicing faith together created shared language, deeper intimacy, and new ways of navigating tension. Ron shares a defining encounter with Father God that dismantled the lie that he was alone, and Cathy explains how that shift changed the way he showed up in their marriage and family. Together, they talk about how learning to see people as image bearers and practicing the behaviors of love carried them through the loss of both of their mothers within weeks of each other.
You will hear:
- Why looking back reveals real growth
- Ron’s encounter with Father God and the lie it broke
- How 100xLife trains self control through daily denial
- How doing the challenge together builds intimacy and shared language
- How love and seeing people as image bearers carried them through losing both mothers within five weeks
👉 Reflect and Apply
Father, where have I lived like I am alone, and how has that lie shaped the way I love people.
Journal Prompt
Ask the Father, “Where am I still acting like I have to do everything myself?” Write what He shows you.
Then ask, “What is one relationship where you want me to practice love as action this week?” Choose one act of obedience and do it.

How You See People Changes Everything
In today’s episode of the 100xLife Podcast, Rob Dayton hits a nerve in the church. We often think our lack of joy comes from “difficult people.” But Rob says it comes from how you see them. Jesus’ command to “regulate how you see” is not poetic, it is a weapon for daily life.
Rob breaks down the simple tool that reveals whether your heart is full of light or full of darkness. It is not complicated. You either see people as obstacles or as image bearers. What you pick will shape your marriage, your parenting, your work, and your walk with Jesus.
If you know Scripture but still call slow drivers idiots, resent your spouse over the smallest things, or quietly judge people at work, this episode will confront you. It will push you out of self justification and back into the freedom that comes from obeying the still small voice.
You will hear:- Why Jesus ties your entire inner life to the way you look at people
- The one question that exposes your motives instantly
- How road rage reveals your theology
- Why ignoring the Holy Spirit opens the door to resentment, self pity, and false narratives
- How a piece of dirt on the floor can become a whole story about your spouse
- How picking up trash in a men’s room became God’s training ground for Rob
- A simple way to retrain your sight and choose light instead of darkness
👉 Reflect and Apply
Jesus, where have I turned your image bearers into obstacles, and how are my own stories keeping me in the dark.
Journal Prompt
Ask the Father, “Where have I seen people as objects instead of image bearers.” Write what He shows you.
Then ask Holy Spirit for one mindset shift and one act of service you will take the next time He prompts you.
